Java / Angular Software Engineer — Medical Platform

- Modernized the order management module of a medical web platform using Spring Boot and Angular.
- Worked in an Agile environment (planning, daily, reviews, retrospectives) with three-week sprints.
- Broke down features into user stories and collaborated with a UX designer to turn mock-ups into functional UIs.
- Wrote unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito) following Behavior-Driven Development practices.
- Integrated the Swiss Post API and sent shipping labels via WebSocket to a Rust microservice.
- Developed and deployed a Rust service on Raspberry Pi to manage network label printers.
- Used Git for version control and contributed to continuous integration workflows.
